The Hamsa is an ancient Middle Eastern amulet symbolizing the Hand of God. In all faiths it is a protective sign, which is believed to bring its owner “Love, Peace, Luck, Happiness, Success, Health, Life”. These words of good fortune surround the Sign of the Cross, which is encased within the Ichthys, the symbol which was adopted by early Christians and is now known as the Sign of the Fish or the Jesus Fish.
